KROGER:  Accepts MFG (Manufacturer's coupons) / Store coupons. Create FREE online account and attached your shoppers card. One thing both Kroger and Randall’s offer is Double Fuel points WYB Gift Cards. During special times they offer 4X’s fuel points, i.e. Graduation, Mother & Father’s day. One thing we do is if we are going to purchase GAS at Shell/Chevron we purchase a Gift card then go right to use, a couple popular ones we use are Target and Home Depot. This way we earn fuel points to use at Randall’s fuel station. We also give Gift Cards for Birthday’s / Holiday’s, they can purchase what they want and we snag a few fuel points in the process. I have printed and carry Kroger's Coupon Policy, I keep in my Coupon folder; in case I need them when I checkout. Sometimes the cashier is not aware of how their own coupon policy works.
